As most of you already know, I don't post salads very often, and if you haven't already noticed I've been on kind of a junk food kick lately. I blame the football season. OMG, you guys. If you have been on the hunt for the perfect game day snack, look no further. These baked roast beef and brie sliders with caramelized onions were gone in minutes, and it was just Zach and I eating them! Zach doesn't even like brie cheese (I know ... Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and enjoying football Sunday. I haven't thrown anything at the TV yet, so I think this is a sign of good things to come.
