Brie is a guilty pleasure of mine. It just is. You can give me an entire wheel of brie, and I will finish it in one sitting. I really can't help myself when it is smothered in honey and figs, berries and peaches (recipe coming soon), or in this case, grilled corn and mango salsa. Oh Monday, how you just creep up when everyone least expects it. I hope everyone had a fab weekend! We are just taking the days one at a time here at the old homestead. Happy Wednesday everyone! Is this week flying by or what? I also feel like this summer is already flying by, and it just began!. I'm not a fan of this. I mean, potentially, we could have snow here in Colorado in a month and a half. I love snow, but I think summer can stick around for a little while. Am I right, or am I right?
