I think it has been proven that desserts and sweets play a super, special role in bringing happiness to all. I really find this to be true. Happy Mother's Day to all the special ladies out there; and a very special Happy Mother's Day to my own mom, who I can't be with today :(. My, oh my. Where do I begin? I love quick and simple. It's pretty much my favorite combo ever. I've been in a huge "breakfast for dinner" mood here lately, and wanted a simple and quick solution to this problem.
