Ahhhh, the joy that comes from eating a simple sweet potato fry. Sweet potatoes are uber trendy right now...as they should be! They are delish, and any way I can come up with to prepare them always seems to work out just perfectly. Sweet potato fries are a simple luxury. They don't have to be fried. Is it bad that I look forward to dinners where I don't actually have to cook dinner. Ha! I'm "kind of" just kidding. Seriously though, I was talking with a blogger friend recently about this topic in particular. If you are a full-time blogger, you spend most of your days cooking and photographing your completed product. After a long day of cooking, you really don't want to cook anymore. You guys. This shrimp. Oh my. This has to be one of my favorite recipes to date. If you recall, a little while back I posted a recipe for Grilled Saison Shrimp Tacos with Pomegranate Salsa. They were soooo good that I decided to recreate the same recipe, but using an IPA rather than a saison and pairing it with a pomegranate sauce instead of a pomegranate salsa.
