I guess I should really call this recipe Homemade "Tater Tots" with Spicy Mayo because I have to say that these tots are one of a kind. Yay, it's Thursday, and it's officially the end of my work week. I love thursdays for this reason and this reason alone. Do you guys feel the same way I do when you wake up on Monday morning? The weekend has ended, and you've successfully stuffed your face full of all kinds of sweet, savory and fattening foods for the past couple of days.
