I'm always trying to incorporate nuts somewhere into my diet, and pistachios are normally at the top of that list. Pistachios are one of those nuts that are so versatile and can so easily be used in sweet and savory recipes. I'm ALWAYS looking for new ways to incorporate them into my diet.
