Paired with a Pale Ale Almond-Crusted Zucchini Sticks are gluten-free and dairy-free. They are the perfect afternoon snack, quick lunch or weeknight dinner recipe! Two large zucchini are cut and sliced into 2-inch strips. They are then dredged in egg whites and a mixture of almond meal and essential seasonings and spices.
