I think it's time that we share a pasta dish. What do you think? I've got a great one for you today and it comes in the form of spicy pasta with broccoli and turkey ... and crispy breadcrumbs ... and wine ... and herbs. Basically you name it, it's in it. Well, except for chocolate. There is no chocolate in this pasta. There is also no ice cream, but I think we get the picture right? I'm on a leftover Turkey Day role here...couldn't you tell? I am REALLY starting to feel bad for Zach. This is the second recipe that I've created while he has been gone that has come out a total winner. I LOVE LOVE LOVE quesadillas and these turkey and mushroom quesadillas with beer-pickled jalapeños are the perfect way to use up that leftover turkey. I'm always trying to come with new and inventive ways to use up leftovers. We've been down this road before. I don't love leftovers, unless it's something that can be reinvented. I find it totally interesting that my best "work" is done when Zach isn't here to taste test. I'm not sure why this happens. This just happened to be the case with these crispy honey chipotle chicken tacos. Little known fact, I don't normally post a recipe that I made that day or the day before.
