In honor if it being Saturday and all, I'm going to celebrate one of my favorite quick breakfasts. Besides the fact that I could eat breakfast every day, for every meal of the day, breakfast is full of possibilities. Do you go sweet, savory or both? Sometimes you just need a little comfort in your life. For me, this is 98% of the time. Have you noticed that Zach and I totally splurged this past weekend!? By splurge, I mean eating an incredible amount of sandwiches. You should all know by now how obsessive I can get. I was feeling extra spunky in the kitchen and was whipping up all sorts of different kinds of recipes. We literally had sandwiches two nights in a row.
