Happy New Year everyone! We took a few weeks off from posting menu plans at the end of year to regroup, but now we are back at it again. We have a whole new line of recipes that begins with 5 main courses and also includes a soup, breakfast recipe, 2 dessert recipes, and 1 side dish. As we bundle in for the winter, yet try to stay somewhat healthy, menu planning becomes more and more important. There are some truly great recipes in this week’s menu plan. I can’t wait to try a few of them!
